According to HITC, Liverpool and Tottenham are amongst a group of eight clubs keeping tabs on Leeds United winger Crysencio Summerville. The 22-year-old Dutch talent is experiencing a remarkable season at Elland Road, helping the Whites reach second place in the Championship with six games remaining as they aim for automatic promotion back to the Premier League. Summerville has netted 17 league goals and provided eight assists so far this season, which has led to interest from several sides including some of the biggest clubs in Europe.
Liverpool and Tottenham are reportedly big admirers of the winger, who has just been nominated for the Championship Player of the Season award. Arsenal, Chelsea and West Ham have also been following the former Feyenoord player’s progress this season, whilst the likes of Bayer Leverkusen and Atletico Madrid have also emerged as interested clubs.
Crysencio Summerville is currently under contract at Elland Road until 2026, having last extended in August 2022. The club reportedly plan to open talks with the player over a new deal if they secure promotion back to the Premier League. The former ADO Den Haag and FC Dordrecht talent has scored a catalogue of spectacular goals this season. It’s no surprise that so many sides are interested in signing the player.
