Holland Casino adds two supervisory board members
Dutch operator Holland Casino has added two new members to its supervisory board.
Chris Fonteijn is the new chairman and succeeds Willem Bröcker, who has resigned after two terms in the role.
Bernadette Langius, who was previously the CEO of Private Banking Netherlands and CEO of Commercial Banking Netherlands, has also joined the company’s supervisory board.
Holland Casino CEO Petra de Ruiter said the company believes Fonetijn’s “background, experience and knowledge” can “provide us with excellent support in the challenging years ahead and in the adjustments necessary to equip the company for the role that society demands of us.”
De Ruiter added: “We also warmly welcome Bernadette Langius. She has a long track record at management and board level in various sectors.
“With her broad knowledge and skills, she is a valuable addition to the supervisory board.”
Fonteijn’s appointment is subject to DNB’s approval.
